Who orders and who supplies?
It is very important to know with whom you are doing business.
Then both parties know who to contact if there are questions, or when there is an unexpected problem with an order or delivery.
Ask / give as many information as you can such as name, address, residence, e-mailadres, telephone and/or fax number.
Ordering
Information
Give all necessary information to assure that you order the right part.
Suppliers often know if a part fits when you give the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the car.
Part number
In the stock control program of the suppliers parts are also registered with the original part numbers.
We recommend giving this number when you know it.
Terms and conditions
- Avoid misunderstandings! Always ask the supplier for his terms and conditions for the delivery.
- Is VAT in- or excluded in the quote?
- Are the delivery costs in- or excluded in the quote?
- What guarantee is offered on the delivery?
- Who will pay the costs for transportation in case of a return delivery?

incorrect or faulty upon fitting, the supplying member must be notified
within 48 hours.

Please ensure all gearboxes are filled with new oil upon installation.
